IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98- 8 ( 2836 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP 6662, <br />SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), <br />AND PARKLAND IN -LIEU FEE AGREEMENT <br />AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />FOR 91 DURANT AVENUE <br />(Developer - Durant Park Development Limited Liability Co.) <br />FINDING <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the <br />provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />A parcel map entitled "Parcel Map 6662, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California" <br />has been submitted to this Council. <br />The City Engineer has stated that said parcel map is technically correct, and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter I of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />follows: <br />The City Engineer's Report for Parcel Map 6662 is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />1. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute a <br />Parkland In -Lieu Agreement for Parcel Map 6662 on behalf of the City. <br />
