Alameda Cmunty. California (hereinafter referred <br />to as "the subject subdivision"). <br />In consideration for approval of said subdivision by City, Subdivider has agreed to <br />improve certain streets and public easements in the subject subdivision to standards prescribed by <br />City and to make certain other improvements and to pay to City such sums as are specified in <br />detail in the above-mentioned Subdivision Improvement Agreement, a copy of which is on file <br />for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California.
