No public comments were received during the 30 <br />day period. <br />Notice of a summary and the availability of the Draft FY 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan was published in <br />a locally circulated newspaper, Daily Review, on April 14, 2017 for the May 1 final public hearing for the <br />FY2017-2018 HUD Annual Action Plan. Because HUD had still not released its final FY2017-2018 CDBG <br />and HOME allocations by May 1, City Council, at staff's recommendation, deferred the final public <br />hearing to a future date to provide HUD more time to finalize and distribute its FY2017-2018 CDBG and <br />HOME allocations. However, because the May 1 public hearing had been publicly noticed, the City <br />Council opened the public hearing to the public but received no public comments. <br />Notice of a summary and the availability of the Draft FY 2017-2018 Annual Action Plan was published in <br />a locally circulated newspaper, Daily Review, on June 2, 2017 for the June 19 final public hearing. <br />5. Summary of public comments <br />This could be a brief narrative summary or reference an attached document from the Citizen <br />Participation section of the Con Plan. <br />No public comments were received during the 30 -day public comment period from April 6th through <br />May 5th, 2017. No public comments were received at the April 3 and May 1 City Council public <br />hearings. To date, no public comments have been received for the June 19 final public hearing. <br />6.
