(b) Any person or entity aggrieved by the City Manager Review decision issued <br /> pursuant to subsection (a) of this section relating to a decision of a Hearing Body made pursuant <br /> to subsection (a) of Section 1-12-430 may obtain judicial review of said decision pursuant to <br /> Government Code Section 53069.4 by filing an appeal to the Superior Court for the County of <br /> Alameda, subject to the time limits described in Section 1-12-800, below. <br /> (c) Any person or entity aggrieved by the City Manager Review decision issued <br /> pursuant to subsection (a) of this section relating to a decision of a Hearing Body made pursuant <br /> to subsection (b) of Section 1-12-430 may obtain review of said decision in the Superior Court <br /> for the County of Alameda by filing with said court a Petition for Writ of Mandate, subject to the <br /> time limits described in Section 1-12-800, below. <br /> ARTICLE 5.
