Alameda CTC Agreement No. A17-0127 <br />Project No. 1468020 <br /> <br />Appendix A – Page 2 <br />APPENDIX A-1 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br /> <br />Project Title: San Leandro Local Streets Rehabilitation <br /> <br /> <br />Project Description: <br />The San Leandro Rehabilitation project will repair and/or replace pavement on existing streets within the city. Work <br />may include repair or replacement of road base, adjustment of utility lines and structures, replacement of striping, and <br />installation of ADA complaint curb ramps. <br />Street segments for rehabilitation and/or reconstruction are located throughout the City and support the City’s ongoing <br />goal of keeping its roads in good operation conditions. Specific streets for the project have been selected on an <br />economic and benefit basis with the use of Pavement Management System, 'StreetSaver' software, and by the City <br />Engineer. <br />Proposed candidate street segments selected for rehabilitation and/or reconstruction that will be supported by funds <br />obligated by this agreement are identified in Appendix A-2. <br /> <br />Project Map <br /> <br /> <br />
