Alameda CTC Agreement No. A17-0127 <br />Project No. 1468020 <br /> <br />Appendix G – Page 1 <br />APPENDIX G <br />PROJECT PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />Project Performance Measures: The Project Performance Measures and Targets describes what outcome- <br />based performance measure(s) the PROJECT SPONSOR plans to evaluate to ensure that the project/program is <br />meeting its objectives. <br /> <br />Project Performance Measures and Targets <br />Performance Outcome <br />Streets segments selected by the City of San Leandro and identified in Appendix A-2 were selected based on <br />an economic and benefit basis for rehabilitation and/or reconstruction. The reconstruction and rehabilitation <br />of these segments will contribute in the City’s effort to keeps its roads in good operating conditions as part of <br />its annual Pavement Rehabilitation Project from 2017 through 2021. Overall project benefits also include <br />constructed and/or upgraded curb ramps that meet current Americans with Disabilities Act standards, and <br />bike lanes and bike routes installed in accordance with the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. <br />Note: <br />1. Improvements are expected to achieve, as best as possible, the performance measures targets and/or project outcomes as <br />established herein.
