IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-126 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO AND THE ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br />(ACTC) AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE DAVIS/DOOLITTLE TRAFFIC <br />IMPACT FEE PROGRAM FOR THE INTERSTATE 880/DAVIS STREET <br />INTERCHANGE LANDSCAPING PROJECT (PROVIDES FOR AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE ACTC AND FUNDING FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE <br />INTERSTATE 880/DAVIS STREET INTERCHANGE) <br />WHEREAS, a draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City of San Leandro <br />and Alameda County Transportation Commission was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said MOA; and <br />WHEREAS, the project requires a $135,000 local match from the City's Davis/Doolittle <br />Traffic Impact Fee program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said MOA substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and <br />execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantial revisions to said <br />MOA, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />That an original executed MOA shall be attached to and made a part of this <br />resolution; and <br />
