IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-131 <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR <br />THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT (WPCP) ASPHALT REPLACEMENT, <br />PROJECT NO. 2015.0260 (REJECTS ALL BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT) <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on August 10, 2017, publicly open, examine <br />and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the work; and <br />WHEREAS, said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director for comparison and recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering and Transportation Director recommends that the <br />proposals for said work be rejected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids for the WPCP Asphalt <br />Replacement, Project No. 2015.0260. <br />Introduced by COLInCilmember Hernandez, and passed and adopted this 18th day of <br />September, 2017, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilinernbers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: Mayor Cutter (1) <br />ATTEST: -, ------- <br />Tarn-iia Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
