COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through D, attached to the staff report dated <br /> 6/1/2017. Exhibits are on file at the City of San Leandro, Community Development <br /> Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, 94577. <br /> Exhibit A—Site Plan,dated April 25,2017 <br /> -Exhibit B..—Floor Plan,..dated March 8, 2017 <br /> Exhibit C—Roof Plan , dated March 8,2017 <br /> Exhibit D—Elevations, dated April 25,2017 <br /> B. The Applicant and/or Property Owners shall be responsible for assuring that any <br /> successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of <br /> its terms and conditions. <br /> C. Pursuant to Zoning SQodeSeetio -22l 8,this approval shall lapse on June 1,2018,unless <br /> a) a building permit has been issued, coupled with diligent progress evidencing a good <br /> faith intent to commence the intended use,or b)a written request for a one-year extension <br /> of the use pen-nit is approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> 11. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. The Conditional Use Permit is an approval to permit an additional unit (to create a <br /> duplex) on a sub-standard lot at 1514 Pacific Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 075- <br /> 115-049. <br /> The Site Plan Review approval allows for(1) a two-family residential development that <br /> requires a conditional use permit, and (2) a proposed addition to a single-family <br /> residential that results in an additional dwelling unit. <br /> B. The dwellings shall remain in substantial compliance with the approved plans and <br /> exhibits.
