Grantor is the owner of the property commonly referred to as 1500 Alvarado <br /> Street in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, California, APN: 075-0047-053-01, <br /> 075-0047-053-02(the "Servient Parcels"). <br /> B. SLTC, LLC has processed a development application with the City regarding the <br /> San Leandro Tech Campus development. The City has approved the development subject to <br /> a number of conditions (the "City Approvals"). <br /> C. The City Approvals for the development require that Grantor provide all <br /> emergency vehicle access easement over and across the Servient Parcels. <br /> D. Grantor wishes to grant this emergency vehicle access easement for the benefit of <br /> the City and other appropriate emergency services providers within the City as determined by the <br /> City to provide for emergency and emergency vehicle access and to establish these <br /> requirements as covenants running with the land that benefit and bind the Grantor and City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for the mutual promises hereinafter stated, and for other good and <br />
