L. There shall be no loitering permitted on the site and the site shall be posted to permit <br /> enforcement of the City ordinance prohibiting loitering by the City of San Leandro Police <br /> Department. <br /> M. There shall be no display or outdoor storage of equipment, materials, or merchandise <br /> outside the building. <br /> N. All uses and activities shall comply with the provisions of the San Leandro Noise <br /> Regulations (Title IV, Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code). <br /> O. Parking lot lighting shall comply with Article 17. Security lighting in any district may be <br /> indirect or diffused, or shall be shielded or directed away from a Residential district <br /> within five hundred(500) feet. <br /> P. All exterior/roof-top mechanical equipment shall be screened from view so as not to be <br /> visible from adjacent properties or streets to the satisfaction of the Zoning Enforcement <br /> Official or Community Development Director. Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) <br /> transformer(s) shall be located underground or, if above ground, shall be shielded or <br /> located in an obscure location. This condition shall not apply to wireless cable receivers <br /> that do not exceed three feet in diameter. <br /> Q. Prior to issuance of Building Permits, the approvals granted by the City as a result of <br /> this application, as well as the Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the Office <br /> of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> R. Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 5-2218, this approval shall lapse on April 28, 2018, <br /> unless a) a building permit has been issued, coupled with diligent progress evidencing a <br /> good faith intent to commence the intended use, or b) a written request for a one-year <br /> extension of the Site Plan Review is approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> Agreement to Conditions April 28, 2017 <br /> PLN 17-0011 Page 11 of 11 <br />
