Boy's & Girl's Club — 401 Marina Blvd. <br /> Estimated Cleanable sq. ft. 13,600 <br /> Hours: 7 Days, 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM <br /> Cleaning Service Days: 7 Days, between the hours of 11 PM and 4 AM (for pool area and locker rooms- <br /> remainder of Club may be cleaned until 7 AM) <br /> Note: During the summer, building user hosts sleepovers which require additional stocking of paper products, <br /> soap, shampoo, etc. Special cleaning times must be arranged with user during sleepovers. <br /> DAILY SERVICES: <br /> Vacuum carpeting <br /> Spot clean carpet (facility has heavy usage by kids, so gum is prevalent) <br /> Hose and/or power wash resilient tile and/or tile floors <br /> Empty all waste receptacles (replace liners as necessary), empty recycle bins <br /> Restock restroom dispensers <br /> Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect restroom fixtures, and floor with germicidal cleaner <br /> Spot clean partitions in restrooms and locker rooms <br /> Spot clean doors and walls <br /> Spot clean lockers <br /> Clean and disinfect mats at entrances to showers <br /> Clean and sweep entryways and mats (including mats on pool deck) <br /> Clean entry doors and glass <br /> Spot clean interior glass <br /> Sweep exterior of entrance areas <br /> Dispose of all rubbish <br /> Clean kitchenette areas <br /> Clean table tops, counters, desks, chairs and sofas <br /> Clean drinking fountains <br /> Clean cigarette containers <br /> Clean trash storage areas <br /> Clean mirrors <br /> Thoroughly clean, sanitize and disinfect shower areas, floors, curtains, walls, and fixtures with germicidal <br /> cleaner. Spot clean walls for excess soap scum <br /> Clean out restroom floor drains <br /> Note: Due to heavy usage of the facility, soap on counter and trash on the floor is normal-pick or wipe up <br /> prior to cleaning. <br /> WEEKLY SERVICES: <br /> Dust and wipe railings, banisters, sills, lockers, and everything below 80" using a treated cloth <br /> Dust vertical/horizontal blinds using a treated cloth <br /> Clean all vents, grills and registers, including those on the pool deck <br /> Hose entrances and walkways on pool deck <br /> Clean ceiling fan blades and motor assemblies <br /> Thoroughly clean (machine scrub to remove imbedded dirt), sanitize, and disinfect restroom floors <br /> Exhibit A- Page 33 of 42 <br />
