IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2017-160 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEASURE HH, 00, PP, AND NN CITIZENS <br /> OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE'S ANNUAL REPORT ON MEASURE HH, 00, PP AND <br /> NN TAXES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-17 <br /> WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, the Measure HH half-cent sales tax ordinance was <br /> approved by 64% of the voters; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 1, 2016, Measure 00, PP, and NN passed by 66%, 68% and <br /> 74% of voters, respectively; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Measure HH, 00, PP and NN ordinances require that a Citizens <br /> Oversight Committee be created; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Measure HH, 00, PP and NN ordinances require an annual report, <br /> prepared by the Citizens Oversight Committee, be presented to the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Measure FIFI, 00, PP, and NN Citizens Oversight Committee's annual <br /> report on Measure HIL 00, PP, AND NN Taxes, a copy of which is attached, has been <br /> presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said Annual Report on Measure HH, 00, PP, and NN 'Faxes for Fiscal Year 2016- <br /> 17 is hereby approved. <br /> Introduced by COUncilmernber Hernandez, and passed and adopted this 6th day of <br /> November 2017, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: COLInCilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Tropez, "Thomas; (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> EXCUSED: Mayor Cutter (1) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Farnika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
