Project Schedules <br />■Projects scheduled with consideration for: <br />–Input from Department Heads <br />–Construction season <br />–Optimum closure period for the public <br />–Operational needs of departments <br />–Workload / Capacity of engineers <br />■Depending on the scope an engineer can work <br />on 3-5 projects efficiently. <br />■When additional work is added each project <br />takes longer to complete and there is a <br />reduction in efficiency. <br />■Consultants can leverage our staff, we are <br />using them for the design of all new projects. <br />■Temporary Staff can also increase capacity. <br />We currently have one contract engineer, we <br />are seeking a second. <br />940
