This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be <br />an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br />10.12 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010. In the event that this contract is for <br />one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by Contractor’s signature below Contractor certifies <br />that Contractor, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, successors or subunits of Contractor are not <br />identified on a list created pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of the California Public <br />Contract Code as a person engaging in investment activities in Iran as described in subdivision (a) <br />of Section 2202.5, or as a person described in subdivision (b) of Section 2202.5 of the California <br />Public Contract Code, as applicable. <br />SIGNATURES ON FOLLOWING PAGE <br />217
