<br />-13- <br />“2008 Bonds Refunding Instructions” means those Irrevocable Refunding Instructions <br />dated the date of issuance and delivery of the 2018 Bonds relating to the defeasance and <br />refunding of the 2008 Bonds, executed by the Successor Agency and delivered to U.S. Bank <br />National Association, as trustee of the 2008 Bonds. <br /> <br /> “2018 Bonds” means the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />San Leandro Alameda County - City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project 2018 Tax Allocation <br />Refunding Bonds. <br /> <br />“2018 Reserve Account Agreement” means the _____________, dated the Closing Date <br />with respect to the 2018 Bonds, by and between the Successor Agency and the 2018 Reserve <br />Insurer. <br /> <br />“2018 Reserve Insurer” means ______, its successors and assigns, as issuer of the 2018 <br />Reserve Policy. <br /> <br />“2018 Reserve Policy” means the Municipal Bond Debt Service Reserve Insurance Policy <br />No. _________ issued by the 2018 Reserve Insurer guaranteeing payments to be applied to the <br />payment of principal and interest on the 2018 Bonds as provided in the Reserve Account <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 1.03. Rules of Construction All references herein to “Articles,” “Sections” and <br />other subdivisions are to the corresponding Articles, Sections or subdivisions of this Indenture, <br />and the words “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this <br />Indenture as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or subdivision hereof. <br />439
