IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2017-173 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT, AND TO <br /> MAKE A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT JUSTIFICATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> S 151,500 WITH YOUNG CONSULTING GROUP, LLC FOR DEVELOPMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ACCELA PERMIT SOFTWARE SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Young Consulting <br /> Group, I-I..,C, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that in order to match work already done on an <br /> existing public project, it is necessary to award the contract pursuant to a sole source <br /> justification, in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 3400(c)(2); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That a sole source justification is made to conform the work to be done with work already <br /> existing on a public project, pursuant to California Public Contract Code section 3400(c)(2); and <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> g <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councili-nember Cox, and passed and adopted this 18th day of December <br /> 2017, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: COUncilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez., Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> EXCUSED: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
