Harwood (Applicant) <br /> Sin Po Sit(Property Owner) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a <br /> municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," Douglas J. Harwood, an individual, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," and Siu Po Sit, an individual, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Property Owner.'? <br /> Applicant and Property Owner applied for and received a Major View Preservation/Site Plan <br /> Review approval of PLN 17-0045, approved on November 8, 2017, to construct a 225 square foot <br /> one-story sunroom addition, an 87 square foot covered porch, a 175 square foot covered walkway, a <br /> 72 square foot deck, and to legalize an existing 233 square foot overhead trellis structure and a 307 <br /> square foot one-car carport, all attached to the rear of the existing two-story, single-family dwelling; <br /> 1647 Graff Court, also known as Assessor's Parcel Number 77-628-40-2. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code,it is mutually <br /> agreed as follows: <br /> 1. Applicant and/or Property Owner agrees to comply with the Conditions of Approval adopted <br /> by the City of San Leandro Zoning Enforcement Official, more specifically described in the <br /> list of Conditions of Approval, attached hereto, and as described in the exhibits on file in the <br /> Community Development Department,all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 2. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their <br /> respective heirs, successors, and assigns. <br /> 3. City is authorized to record this agreement and any amendments thereto with the Alameda <br /> County Recorder, California. All amendments hereto must be in writing and signed by the <br /> appropriate authorities of the City and Applicant and/or Property Owner.
