INTI IE CITY COUNCIL OF TINT; CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-011 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> WOOD RODGERS, INC. FOR THE NEPTUNE DRIVE FLOOD PROTECTION, <br /> PROJECT 2016.0700 (PROVIDES FOR ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR <br /> A PROJECT TO REDUCE FLOOD RISK NEAR NEPTUNE DRIVE) <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Wood Rodgers, Inc. for <br /> $324,725, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized; and <br /> That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve individual <br /> change orders Lip to a maximum of$32,472, which is 10% of the original contract amount; and <br /> That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve cumulative <br /> change orders up to a maximum of$64,945, which is 20% of the original contract amount, for a <br /> total not to exceed amount of$389,670. <br /> Introduced by Councilinember Lee and passed and adopted this 20th day of February <br /> 2018, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: C01,11161inembers Ballew, Cox, I lernandez., Lee, Lopez, Thomas (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> EXCUSED: Mayor Cutter (1) <br /> ATTEST: � 5 <br /> Tanuka Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
