INTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-014 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF <br /> COMMERCE FOR$50,000 TO SUPPORT NEW AND ONGOING ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, a draft agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro <br /> Chamber of Commerce was presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof-, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement between the City and the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce for <br /> $50,000 to support new and ongoing economic development services substantially in the form <br /> presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this 20th day of February <br /> 2018, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> EXCUSED: Mayor 'utter (1) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
