March 5, 2018City Council Draft Minutes <br />18-098 RESOLUTION Adopting the City of San Leandro 2017 Local Hazard <br />Mitigation Plan <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember <br />Lee, that this Resolution - Council be Adopted. The motion carried by the <br />following vote. <br />Aye:Lee, Lopez, Ballew, Hernandez, Thomas, Cox6 - <br />Excused:Cutter1 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2018-019 <br />REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN11. <br />No reportable actions taken. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS12. <br />Vice Mayor Cox attended a StopWaste meeting on 2/28/18 where reusable bag law <br />was discussed as well as the newly enacted applicability to restaurants. On 2/22/18, <br />Vice Mayor Cox attended an Alameda County Transportation Commission meeting <br />were the pilot program for student bus passes and BART passes was discussed. Two <br />local schools are included and fifteen additional schools will be added to the program. <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS13. <br />Council member Lopez completed and graduated from a year-long program in Water <br />Policy.
