<br />36 <br />Tax Revenues securing the 2018 Bonds are derived from property taxes that are outside <br />the scope of taxes, assessments and property-related fees and charges which are limited by <br />Proposition 218 and Proposition 26. <br /> <br />Future Initiatives <br /> <br />Article XIIIA, Article XIIIB, Article XIIIC and Article XIIID and certain other propositions <br />affecting property tax levies were each adopted as measures which qualified for the ballot <br />pursuant to California’s initiative process. From time to time other initiative measures could be <br />adopted, further affecting Successor Agency revenues or the Successor Agency’s ability to <br />expend revenues. <br /> <br />141
