rate for Personal Service is $2.31 per gross building square foot. DFSI will be accurately estimated <br /> once the total square footage for daycare facility is specified on the Building Permit <br /> plan set. <br /> D. A one-time Marina Boulevard/Interstate 880 Traffic Impact Fee shall be assessed. <br /> According to the City-adopted 2017-18 Fee Schedule,the rate for Personal Service <br /> is $2.37 per gross building square foot. Assuming 4,800 square foot of new <br /> proposed facility use, Marina Boulevard/Interstate 880 Traffic Impact Fee is <br /> estimated approximately in the amount of$11,376.00. An NPDES permit from the Regional Water Quality Control Board is required to <br /> discharge treated groundwater impacted with Volatile Organic Compounds and a <br /> Permit to Operate from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District is required <br /> to operate the groundwater treatment system. The Building Division may require <br /> this permit to be issued prior to final occupancy. <br /> V. PUBLIC WORKS REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Recycling Requirements - Applicant is subject to Alameda County Mandatory <br /> Recycling Ordinance#2012-01. For more information, visit <br /> www,RecMfi )Ru sAC,or <br /> ------- <br /> B. Establishment falls within the Alameda County Industries (ACI) service area. <br /> C. Maintenance - The property owner, occupant and tenants shall maintain enclosure <br /> free of litter and other debris in accordance with San Leandro Municipal Code §3- <br /> 15-215. <br /> VI. BUILDING & SAFTEY SERVICES REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Type of Occupancy and Construction must be stated on drawing as per CBC <br /> Chapter 3 & 5. <br /> B. Based on mixed occupancy, separation should be determined as per CBC Table <br /> 508.4. <br /> C. Playground structure must meet accessibility Code requirements.
