Summary <br />Install bulb outs or other streetscape elements to reduce street width and protect parked cars. <br />Description <br />Design and construct improvements within the public right of way to reduce the street width and discourage but not <br />prohibit use by vehicles. Improvements may consist of sidewalk bulb outs either at intersections or mid block, traffic <br />circles at intersections, or other features.
