Summary <br />Construct a new 2500 sf Marina Mulford branch library including site work. <br />Description <br />Construct a new 2500 sf Marina Mulford branch library including site work based on the design performed under <br />project 2017.2400. Building to be constructed at the same location as the existing Marina Mulford Branch Library, but <br />may incorporate some of the land currently used as the golf course corporation yard. The new library will offer <br />expanded seating, computer access, and space to host community programs. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />The existing library is too small for the neighborhood and has very limited computer access. <br />Consequences of not doing the Project <br />Without this project the existing library will remain.
