Identify locations where additional rights are needed, estimate the cost of the needed rights. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />This project is the first step in securing rights to operate and maintain our sanitary sewer collection system. <br />Possession of documented rights will allow quicker approval of construction projects on these facilities which reduces <br />the cost to the ratepayer for those repairs. <br />Consequences of not doing the Project <br />Until property rights are obtained, repair of sanitary sewers located out of the public right of way or at railroad <br />crossings will continue to be inefficient.
