Summary <br />Replace existing restroom building and concession stand trailer. <br />Description <br />Demolish existing restroom building and remove existing concession stand trailer. Construct new men’s and <br />women’s restroom building and incorporating a new concession stand component into the building. Location of new <br />structure to be in general area of existing restrooms/concession stand. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />This venue is the ‘home’ of the Washington Manor Little League and is used heavily during the baseball season. The <br />existing concession stand presents health and safety concerns due to its age. It does not meet Americans with <br />Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and does not have consistently running water. The restrooms, while functional, are <br />outdated and inadequate for the number of users. <br />Consequences of not doing the Project <br />Safety and health concerns related to both the concession stand and restrooms will continue.
