Require vehicles to travel through existing signalized <br />intersection by building a bulb out from the existing sidewalk to the existing island. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />Vehicles travelling SB on Alvarado can currently enter the residential neighborhood south of Fremont at great speed. <br />At least two houses have been hit by out of control vehicles.
