Summary <br />Design and construct enhancements to Hays Street between E. 14th and Davis St, including creating a one-way <br />west-bound only street and pedestrian and bike trail along the bank of San Leandro Creek. <br />Description <br />Consistent with the design created by the San Leandro Creek Trail Master Plan and in coordination with the future <br />development of Town Hall Square on the triangular block of East 14th St, Hays St and Davis St, narrow Dan Niemi <br />Way and construct a multi purpose trail along the bank of San Leandro Creek. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />San Leandro Creek is a hidden asset. Increased access would benefit all.
