This project is <br />within 1/4 mile of the San Leandro BART station. This is project 30-2 of the 2010 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master <br />Plan. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />This project will make bicycling to the BART station more comfortable and safe.
