(The pool size with will be
approximately 25 yards by 25-28 meters). The new competition pool will be constructed in approximately the same location as that specified for the original additive alternate. However,
this area is currently used a lawn / sitting area which will be relocated to make room for the new
pool.

In addition to the pool, this project also includes the following improvements:
• A new expanded parking lot for approximately 130 cars with associated stormwater
treatment measures
• Bleacher seating
• Shade structures
• Perimeter fencing and lawn area
• Relocation of the park basketball court to the south of the Aquatic Center fenceline.
• Associated site work, including utilities, increased landscape, irrigation, hardscape,
fencing and site lighting. (Existing site utility services are expected to be adequate to
serve the new facility.)
• Installation of new equipment within the existing pool mechanical room
• Miscellaneous pool-related accessories such as a timing system, a scoreboard, lane lines,
deck furniture, pool covers, etc.

Scope of Work The consultant shall prepare Construction Plans, Technical Specifications, and Cost Estimate (PS&E) for the above project.
