City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: May 7, 2018 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:18-169 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />Interim City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION to Authorize the City Manager to Execute Program Supplement <br />Agreement No. 027-F with the State of California to Provide $59,850 in Grant <br />Funds for the Design Phase of the East 14th Street (State Route 185) at Joaquin <br />Avenue Scramble Pedestrian Signal Project <br />WHEREAS, an Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. <br />04-5041F15 was entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on <br />June 19, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City was awarded a $335,250 Highway Safety Improvement Program <br />Grant but must first execute Program Supplement Agreement No. 027-F to receive the funds; and <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement Agreement No. 027-F, which amends Administering <br />Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 04-5041F15, has been presented to this <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1.That said Program Supplement Agreement No. 027-F, which amends Administering <br />Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-5041F15, substantially in the form <br />presented is hereby approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2.
