IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-039 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO A CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BKF ENGINEERS FOR THE PREPARATION OF <br /> CONSTRUCTION-READY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES FOR THE <br /> MACARTHURISUPERIOR ROUNDABOUT DESIGN PROJECT, PROJECT NO. <br /> 2014.0470 TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION BY S38,690.00 FOR A <br /> TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF S147,334.00 (PROVIDES FOR ADDITIONAL <br /> SURVEYING AND MAPPING WORK.ASSOCIATED WITH RIGHT-OF-WAY AND <br /> EASEMENT ACQUISITIONS THAT WERE NOT ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED) <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement dated May 13, 2016 exists between the City of San Leandro <br /> and BKF Engineers; and <br /> WHEREAS, a contract change order is required to compensate for additional services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached, is presented <br /> to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br /> agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE;the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmernber Cox and passed and adopted this 7th day of May 2018,. by <br /> the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Ballew, Cox, Ilernandez, L,ee, Lopez, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> EXCUSED: None ; � (0) <br /> ATTEST: � <br /> Tamika Greenwood, City Clerk <br />
