IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-041 <br /> RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PROGRAM <br /> SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 027-F WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO <br /> PROVIDE $59,850 IN GRANT FUNDS FOR THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE EAST 14TH <br /> STREET (STATE ROUTE 185) AT JOAQUIN AVENUE SCRAMBLE <br /> PEDESTRIAN SIGNAL PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, an Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04- <br /> 5041 F 15 was entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on June 19, <br /> 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City was awarded a$335,250 Highway Safety Improvement Program <br /> Grant but must first execute Program Supplement Agreement No. 027-F to receive the funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, Program Supplement Agreement No. 027-F,which amends Administering <br /> Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 04-5041F15, has been presented to this City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said Program Supplement Agreement No. 027-F,which amends Administering <br /> Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-50411715, substantially in the form <br /> presented is hereby approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br /> agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br /> 3. That the original executed agreement, as amended, shall be attached to and made a part <br /> of this resolution; and <br /> 11l <br />
