EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Contractor shall provide the following: <br /> Shelter, provide basic and supportive services and case management for 10 homeless San Leandro <br /> individuals, <br /> Services will also include transitional and permanent housing counseling and other services as described in <br /> grant proposal. <br /> A midpoint report will be due in January. A successful review of the report will trigger the payment of <br /> services rendered to individuals served by FESCO. <br /> The final report and invoice will be due in June.
