IN THE, CITY COUNCIL OF TFIE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />0=1111911KIN <br />an., 1VOINUM-1161 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council initially made a finding on the City's Siernpre Verde Park <br />project playground equipment purchase contract resolution that Landscape Structures, Inc. <br />playground equipment, as marketed and sold by Ross Recreation Equipment, should be the City's <br />sole source provider of playground equipment to provide uniformity and match existing products <br />in use on other public improvements, all in accordance with California Public Contract Code <br />section 3400(c); and <br />WHEREAS, a draft contract between the City of San Leandro and Ross Recreation <br />Equipment for this public improvement project at Warden Park was presented to this City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof-, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />Z:� <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and <br />execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />Z:) <br />2.
