RECOGNITIONS <br />With Council's approval, Mayor Cutter moved agenda item 10A to be heard before <br />Presenations (Item 4) and after Public Comments (Item 3) on the agenda. <br />Presented. <br />2.A. 18-192 Proclamation Declaring May 2018 as "Lupus Awareness Month" <br />Presented. <br />3.
