Installation Plan <br />SmartWave will perform the following Services: <br />Review project requirements associated with the implementation of a Point to Point, Point to <br />Multipoint, and WiFi networks to extend Internet access as follows: <br />o City Hall Point to Point Link <br />o Floresta Park <br />o Fountain Plaza <br />o Halcyon Park <br />o Joaquin Plaza <br />o Marina Park <br />o Memorial Park <br />o Siempre Verde Park <br />o Stenzel Park <br />o Toyon Park <br />Develop propagation maps identifying proposed node placements and expected coverage and <br />capacity <br />Perform an Active Site Survey for the wireless network in each area <br />Develop a network architecture to include wired and wireless components <br />Work with the City to develop capacity metrics and finalize configuration of access points <br />Modify design and review with the project stakeholders identifying issues, gaps in coverage and <br />expectations <br />Provide all wireless network equipment <br />Configure, install, and test all equipment listed in the bill of materials for each location <br />Installation, integration of all components and commissioning of the entire network <br />Installation, configuration and integration of WiFi devices into the SmartWAVE cloud controller <br />platform <br />Installation, configuration and integration of the Bay Area Secure access solution for each of the <br />WiFi Access Points listed <br />Identify a suitable method of mounting, routing and attachment for both power and cable to <br />each radio location. <br />Install all outdoor grade cable as required to support the various radio locations <br />837
