City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: June 18, 2018 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:18-298 ACTION ITEMS <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:Jeff Kay <br />Assistant City Manager <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION Approving a License Agreement with the County of Alameda for <br />Usage of Communications Facilities at 2892 Fairmont Drive, San Leandro to <br />Install Wireless Connectivity Services (in an amount in Year 1 of $6,668.00, to <br />increase at a rate of 4% per year) <br />WHEREAS, a license agreement between the City of San Leandro and County of <br />Alameda has been presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement with the County of Alameda for a term of ten years with the first year <br />rate of $6,668 per year to increase at a rate of 4% per year, is hereby approved and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br />That the amount of $6,668 in the 2017-18 Information Technology Fund Budget account <br />#688-13-001 is hereby authorized to spend per said agreement, with subsequent years budgeted <br />for in the Information Technology Fund Operating Budget account # 688-13-001. <br />Attachment(s) to Resolution <br />·License Agreement with the County of Alameda for Communications Facilities. <br />PREPARED BY: Tony Batalla, Information Technology Manager, City Manager’s Office <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/12/2018 <br />854
