(ii) no notice has been received by or on behalf of County from, and County has no <br />knowledge that notice has been given to any predecessor owner or operator of the Site <br />by, any governmental entity or any person or entity claiming any violation of, or <br />requiring compliance with any Environmental Law for any environmental damage in, on, <br />under, upon or affecting the Site; and (iii) it will not permit itself or any third party to <br />use, generate, handle, store or dispose of any Hazardous Material in, on, under, upon or <br />affecting the Site in violation of any Environmental Law. <br />26. TAXES <br />Licensee recognizes and understands that this License may create a possessory interest subject to <br />property taxation and that Licensee may be subject to the payment of property taxes levied <br />directly attributable to the installation and operation of the Equipment. Any such taxes shall be <br />the sole responsibility of Licensee. <br />27.
