E. There shall be no loitering permitted on the site and the site shall be posted to permit <br />enforcement of the City ordinance prohibiting loitering by the City of San Leandro Police <br />Department. <br />F. The City of San Leandro shall maintain the ability to revoke this Conditional Use Permit <br />and set a new public hearing date in order to impose additional conditions to correct <br />problems that may arise such as property maintenance, code violations, and excessive <br />nuisance related responses from Police or Code Enforcement. Additional conditions, to <br />correct problems, include but are not limited to modifications of hours of operation, odor <br />control measures, noise abatement measures, and/or additional parking requirements. <br />G.
