File Number: 18-253 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Standard Public Improvement Agreement between the City of San Leandro <br />and the property owner, 2000 Marina LLC, is hereby approved, and execution by the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br />agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3. That an original executed copy of said agreement shall be attached to and made a part <br />of this Resolution; and <br />4. That the City Manager is authorized to accept said surety bonds to guarantee the <br />required public improvements on Marina Boulevard, in conformance with the recorded <br />Agreement to Conditions. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/12/2018 <br />734
