<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2018 <br />City of San Leandro and Steve’s Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 2 of 5 <br />Off Season (5x/week – Farrelly and San Leandro Family Aquatic Center (SLFAC)) <br /> <br /> Check building and pool for vandalism and graffiti <br /> Clean skimmers and make sure that they are working properly <br /> Clean strainer, especially after wind storms <br /> Clean deck area of debris <br /> Test pool water chemistry <br /> Check building for leaks after rain storms <br /> Drain down pool if it is too high due to heavy rains <br /> Turn recirculation pump off during wind storms <br /> Adjust time on clock for recirculation pump <br /> Test pool heater (once/month) <br /> Backwash filters as necessary <br /> Remove tennis balls, baseballs from pool in order that they don’t block weirs on <br />skimmers <br /> Clean bird feces off of deck <br /> Clean leaves and other debris out of pool, especially around main drains <br /> Brush bottom time lines if algae appears <br /> Vacuum pool <br /> Re-prime main circulation pump, as necessary <br /> Maintain minimum chlorine level <br /> Perform miscellaneous minor repairs <br /> Accompany Cal OSHA inspector for waterslide inspection at SLFAC <br /> <br />Pre-Season (2 weeks prior to opening to public – Farrelly and SLFAC) <br /> <br /> Perform thorough cleaning of pool, including vacuuming and brushing <br /> Remove all black algae <br /> Clean skimmers <br /> Install any missing weirs in skimmers <br /> Check for any missing tiles and replace as necessary <br /> Thoroughly clean tiles <br /> Re-grout tile where necessary <br /> Wash/pressure wash decks and patios <br /> Check for loose coping stones <br /> At Farrelly, inspect for loose fiberglass and repair as necessary <br /> Check for divots or gouges in the plaster pools and smooth rough edges <br /> Inspect pool heater and check that it is working properly <br /> Super-chlorinate pool <br /> Perform a complete water test <br /> Stock pool with sufficient chemicals <br /> Balance pool water <br /> Change tubes in chemical feeders <br /> Inspect tubing for chemical feeders
