Non-Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2018 City of San Leandro and Steve’s Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 2 of 5 Off Season (5x/week – Farrelly and San Leandro Family Aquatic Center (SLFAC))  Check building and pool for vandalism and graffiti  Clean skimmers and make sure that they are working properly  Clean strainer, especially after wind storms  Clean deck area of debris  Test pool water chemistry  Check building for leaks after rain storms  Drain down pool if it is too high due to heavy rains  Turn recirculation pump off during wind storms  Adjust time on clock for recirculation pump  Test pool heater (once/month)  Backwash filters as necessary  Remove tennis balls, baseballs from pool in order that they don’t block weirs on skimmers  Clean bird feces off of deck  Clean leaves and other debris out of pool, especially around main drains  Brush bottom time lines if algae appears  Vacuum pool  Re-prime main circulation pump, as necessary  Maintain minimum chlorine level  Perform miscellaneous minor repairs  Accompany Cal OSHA inspector for waterslide inspection at SLFAC Pre-Season (2 weeks prior to opening to public – Farrelly and SLFAC)  Perform thorough cleaning of pool, including vacuuming and brushing  Remove all black algae  Clean skimmers  Install any missing weirs in skimmers  Check for any missing tiles and replace as necessary  Thoroughly clean tiles  Re-grout tile where necessary  Wash/pressure wash decks and patios  Check for loose coping stones  At Farrelly, inspect for loose fiberglass and repair as necessary  Check for divots or gouges in the plaster pools and smooth rough edges  Inspect pool heater and check that it is working properly  Super-chlorinate pool  Perform a complete water test  Stock pool with sufficient chemicals  Balance pool water  Change tubes in chemical feeders  Inspect tubing for chemical feeders
