EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The services required by the City for the three pools, both in season and off season <br />include: <br />• Provide 7 day -a -week coverage in season and 5 day -a -week coverage in off <br />season <br />• Maintain water chemistry <br />• Test pool water and record results <br />• Calibrate and adjust, and program controllers as needed <br />• Check and record flow rates, pressure differentials, temperatures <br />• Clean pools and skimmers of debris as needed <br />• Clean up pools from storm damage <br />• Clean hair strainers as needed <br />• Clean the as needed <br />• Backwash filters as needed <br />• Maintain correct water level in pools <br />• Monitor mechanical equipment and promptly report problems to Public Works and <br />Recreation Departments <br />• Replace missing weirs, baskets, etc. in skimmers <br />• Replace treads on stairs at Boys & Girls Club pool as needed <br />• Perform fecal incident procedures when needed <br />• Inspect waterslide at San Leandro Family Aquatic Center (SLFAC) and record <br />results when slide is in operation <br />• Perform minor repairs on waterslide, such as sanding scratches, re -caulking the <br />joints, filling in chips with fiberglass, etc. <br />• Wax the waterslide annually <br />• Prepare and accompany Cal OSHA inspector for waterslide inspection <br />• Accompany Alameda County Health Department staff for inspections <br />• Maintain, repair or replace chemical feed systems <br />• Replace sacrificial anodes on play structure at SLFAC as needed <br />• Perform miscellaneous minor repairs at pools <br />• For the two fountains, maintain them in good operating condition and free of algae <br />All personnel providing pool service must have a current CPO certificate. <br />The City will maintain: all boilers, pool circulating pumps, water heaters, motor control <br />panels, pool deck lighting, underwater pool lighting, HVAC equipment and related <br />mechanical systems to the pools. <br />Under this contract, specific tasks will include: <br />Non -Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2018 <br />City of San Leandro and Steve's Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 1 of 5 <br />
