IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF T1 CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2018-084 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 FOR THE HERON BAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-3 (PROVIDES FUNDING FOR THE ON-GOING MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN PUBLIC FACILITIES CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THE HERON BAY DEVELOPMENT) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro, pursuant to the provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code, §2-5-100 et seq., did order the Engineer, Willdan Financial Services, to prepare and file a report in accordance with the Municipal Code in connection with the proposed levy and collection of assessments for the district known and designated as the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District (Assessment District No. 96-3) for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Engineer prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Sall Leandro, and the City Clerk presented to the City Council Such report entitled "Engineer's Report, Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, Fiscal Year 2018/2019" (hereafter referred to as the "Report", attached hereto and made a part hereof); and WHEREAS, the City Council carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, and is satisfied with all of the items and documents set forth therein and finds that the levy is assessed in accordance with the special benefits received from the improvements, operation, maintenance, and services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOI_.,VE as follows: That the City Council hereby approves the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2018-19 for the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, as fitled.
