COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The project shall comply with Exhibits A through E, attached to the staff report dated <br />May 9, 2018, except as .hereinafter modified. Exhibits are on file at the City of San <br />Leandro, Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, 94577. <br />■ Exhibit A — Site Plan <br />■ Exhibit B — Existing Fence Plan <br />■ Exhibit C — Proposed Fence Plan <br />■ Exhibit D — Existing and Proposed Elevation <br />■ Exhibit E — Trespasser Security Camera Footage <br />B. The Property Owner/Applicant shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br />interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed of its terms and <br />conditions. <br />C. Scope of Work. This Fence Modification allows for: <br />■ Driveway Gate. A 4 -foot 8 -inch tall cedarwood driveway gate set back between 10 <br />feet and 20 feet from the front property line; <br />■ Properly Line Fence. A 3 -foot tall cedarwood fence constructed along the front <br />property line, outside of the visibility triangle; <br />■ Setback Fence. Addition of a 1 -foot 8 -inch cedarwood fence on top of an existing <br />3 -foot white iron fence to create a 4 -foot 8 -inch tall fence set back a minimum of <br />4 -feet 3 -inches from the front property line and outside of the visibility triangle. <br />D. Landscaped Yard. The area between the front and rear fence shall be landscaped and <br />well maintained at all times; any plant material shall be maintained in order to prevent <br />view obstruction. <br />II. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />E. The gate and all fencing shall be structurally sound and well maintained at all times; any <br />damage to the fencing and gate shall be promptly repaired or replaced. <br />F.
