is required prior to finaling of the building permit or commencing the discharge, <br />whichever occurs first. Pretreatment of non-domestic wastewaters may be <br />required to comply with discharge limitations specified in Title 3, Chapter 14 San <br />Leandro Municipal Code titled Uniform Wastewater Discharge Regulations. All <br />non-domestic discharges, whether permitted or non -permitted, are required to <br />meet the general discharge prohibitions specified in the Ordinance. <br />M. Accessible and secure monitoring facilities shall be constructed at the site's final <br />combined sanitary sewer outfall to allow for the City to periodically install <br />sampling equipment and collect wastewater samples to determine compliance <br />with the facility's Pretreatment Permit. <br />N. Properly sized grease interceptors shall be installed and maintained to pretreat <br />discharges from food handling facilities to the sanitary sewer. No domestic <br />sewage may discharge through grease interceptors. <br />O. New, modified, or existing connections to the City's storm water collection system <br />shall be protected from trash loading by installation of RWQCB approved full <br />trash capture structural Best Management Practices (BMPs). <br />VIII. PUBLIC WORKS REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Applicant is subject to Alameda County Mandatory Recycling Ordinance #2012- <br />01. For more information, visit www.RecyclingRulesAC.org. <br />B. Project is subject to Construction & Demolition Debris Recycling Ordinance as <br />per Chapter 3-7 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, which states: all asphalt <br />and concrete and 50% of all other materials generated at a project site must be <br />recycled for projects with a valuation in excess of $100,000. Permit applicants <br />must demonstrate compliance by completing and submitting an online Waste <br />Management Plan using Green Halo Systems prior to permit issuance. <br />Applicants must submit recycling and disposal receipts online and submit the <br />waste management report before scheduling the final inspection. Note: Project <br />will not be finaled until all recycling and disposal tags have been registered into <br />Green Halo Systems. <br />IX. MAINTENANCE <br />A. The project site shall be well-maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris <br />and weeds at all times. <br />B. Parking lots, landscaping, and all common areas on the property shall be <br />monitored and maintained to collect and prevent the accumulation of errant litter <br />and debris. <br />C. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls, perimeter soundwalls <br />and/or fences. The developer and its successors in interest shall comply with the <br />rules and regulations of the City's graffiti removal program and shall grant a <br />Agreement to Conditions June 18, 2018 <br />PLN 17-0020/A PL 18-0002 Page 15 of 17 <br />
