It temporarily prevents certain physical changes in tile environment pending Study and <br />potential nJnndon ofzoning amendments or policies regulating non -hosted short-term ,cniu|y of residential <br />dwelling units. Furthen-nore, this interim ordinance is categorically exempt from CFQA Linder CEQA <br />Guidelines section 15308 because it is a regulatory action taken by the City, in accordance with <br />(]ovcnnnnen1 ("ode uco(iou 65858' to umyuro nouinieounoc and protection of the environment pending <br />consideration of amendments to the City's Municipal codes, including its Zoning Code. <br />SECTION h,Severability.
