CITY OF SAN LEAN DRO FUTURE BROADBAND NETWORK <br />This section explores the design of the City's fiber network, an implementation strategy, <br />an analysis of the potential business model with which the City can implement the <br />network, and the associated costs of each alternative. <br />SAN LEANDRO CITY FIBER NETWORK DESIGN <br />Developing a city network through <br />a two - <br />phased implementation strategy <br />r <br />allows the City to prioritize <br />broadband needs, take advantage <br />of "quick wins," address immediate <br />opportunities, leverage costs <br />savings, provide for reinvestment <br />opportunities, and to build a high- <br />speed network that achieves the <br />goals of the City and the greater <br />11M <br />community needs. <br />Figure 63, City of Son I eandro Proposed Fiber <br />Net V/01* and Buffer Zdnes <br />Figure 63 illustrates the completion <br />of a two -phased approach.
