This number is based on its experience with the <br />following factors: 1) the number of owners in a community that are willing to allow or be interested in having <br />outsiders assist them; 2) the collective scope of repairs that are assessed as essential during project <br />previews; 3) the repairs that can be accomplished within the financial scope of the contract. <br /> <br /> <br />TIMELINES <br /> <br />ACTIVITY COMPLETION DATE <br />Identify potential sites.
